3. Orders
When you place an order you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. We will confirm receipt by email, but a contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order — including after it has been placed — for reasons such as product unavailability, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or an inability to deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a product’s correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm or cancel. We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provide. Please make sure your shipping details are correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by you.
